Where possible, our engineers aim to diagnose and resolve faults during the initial visit. However, some commercial boilers require specialist components that may need to be ordered. If a repair cannot be completed immediately, we'll explain what's required and arrange the next steps.

If the cost of repairing a boiler is disproportionate to its condition, age or expected remaining life, we'll explain the options rather than recommend unnecessary expenditure. EPM can assess replacement requirements and discuss suitable commercial heating solutions.
